What is the mission of Leading Saints?
Our Mission: We exist to help Latter-day Saints be better prepared to lead.
This organization was built by lay leaders for lay leaders and the effort continues today. The only reason we are able to put out 52+ podcast episodes, several virtual summits, and share expert perspectives of leadership thought is because people like you give to the cause.
The Four Pillars of Leading Saints
In order to remain helpful to the Latter-day Saint audience. We focus on 4-pillars to define our mission. The 4-pillars are as follows:
1. Connecting Leaders
Your donation will help us connect Latter-day Saints from around the world in order to share the most effective leadership ideas, thoughts, and scholarship. We do this by investing in podcast production, paying for online software to sustain our platform, and covering the cost of our staff.
Leading Saints Is One Of Many
There exist many 3-party organizations that promote and support the mission of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. These include FAIRMormon, Book of Mormon Central, More Good Foundation, & North Star International. All of these organizations are independently funded but do a remarkable job creating content around a specific topic or issue that helps sustain the overall mission of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Leading Saints focuses on creating content to promote more effecitve leadership for Latter-day Saints. We hope you will help us fund this important work.

This library of content (known as virtual summits) let's leaders hear from experts related to these topics which then stimulates further inspiration so they know how to confidently help those struggling.
